Kayce hails from Florence, SC and graduated Cum Laude, Cum Honore from Columbia College. She relocated to the District of Columbia in 2004 and began working for DC Government before finding her passion for property! She is an esteemed member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, Order of the Eastern Star, and proud Hoya Georgetown Grad.
