The Buyer Specialist is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. He/she is able to work well within the organization. He/ she will work with lead agents, additional Buyer Specialist, and great support staff who are all united in their commitment to the team’s standards and to achieving the team’s goals. He/ She will have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality.
The Buyer Specialist demonstrates daily the knowledge, attitude, skill, and habits of a high-achieving agent who is committed to putting clients first, to doing the right thing, and to seek win-win agreements. The Buyer Specialist prospects for leads daily, closes those leads to appointments, closes for agreements, and then conducts a high-level fiduciary needs analysis. At that point, he/she will select homes that meet the criteria and will drive the clients to the homes. The Buyer Specialist will then refine the criteria and close for contract offers. At that point, the Buyer Specialist will negotiate the offer, write the contract, and oversee the transaction on through to the closing.
The Buyer Specialist also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues.
What will you do?
Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct high-level fiduciary needs analysis
Research and find homes that meet clients’ needs, identifying homes that best meet those needs, refining needs, conducting a professional market analysis of the home and neighborhood. Verifying the value of the client’s prospective home and proper position of contractual offers.
Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close
Present and effectively negotiate offers and take them from contract to closing for the clients.
Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues

Customer service starts with the first phone call, text or email exchange with our clients and we are looking for the person who can make us stand out from the competition with oral and written communication. As a lead coordinator, you’ll be handing our inbound leads and ensuring they get the white glove service our clients have come to expect from our agents. Getting to the bottom of what clients need, from whom and when means that we can better tailor our follow up to their specific needs. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining their client records and helping to build our database through outbound lead generation and appointment setting. Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities include fielding incoming leads from a variety of different sources and leveraging systems to maintain contact through conversion, handling all aspects of the sales process with the support of your sidekick transaction coordinator who lets you focus on the important parts, and generating leads through daily lead generation & open house activities.
